Taking care of 13 cat and 2 dog rescues means life is busy, full, and rarely slows down. For a long time, I struggled to take care of myself in the middle of it all, always feeling like there wasn’t enough time, energy, or structure to stay consistent.

Over time, I started figuring out small, realistic ways to take better care of myself, even in the middle of a busy life.
